Workflow Automation Simulator
Compare a manual engineering workflow with an automation concept using visitor-provided assumptions.
Illustrative workflow simulation only. Actual savings depend on engineering process, validation requirements, data quality and implementation scope.

Technical details
Manual monthly hours = studies × total person-minutes per study × (1 + rework percentage / 100) ÷ 60. Manual time already includes all engineers and scenarios. Automation retains an assumed 16%, 25% or 40% of that time for focused, moderate or complex workflows, plus 1.5 hours of monthly oversight per engineer. Zero studies means zero oversight in this demo. Recovered hours are floored at zero, and overhead exceeding the benefit is stated explicitly. Scenario capacity estimates how many comparable scenarios fit in the same monthly engineering time. Repetitive actions assume 4 + 1.5 × scenarios per study. These multipliers are illustrative assumptions, not observed savings or guarantees.
All calculations run locally using synthetic scenarios. A real project starts with your data, agreed engineering methods and validation against known cases.
