Technical details
Candidate centres use a 0.5 MHz raster. Occupied intervals must fit inside the selected band. Each new assignment must satisfy non-overlap, an edge-to-edge guard and minimum centre spacing against both existing and newly allocated systems. Guards protect channel pairs; they are not reserved at the outer band edges. Greedy allocation selects the lowest available centre. Conflict, guard and spacing counts describe candidate rejection reasons before allocation. No geographic reuse, licensing database, service-specific channel plan or global optimization is included.
